At Yoga & Meditation Brisbane, we follow the Viniyoga tradition of Krisnamacharya, which emphasises the importance of adapting the practice to meet the individual's specific needs and abilities. Our teachers are experienced and have been trained in the traditional, classical practices of Hatha Yoga. We strive to create a friendly, personal, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere in all our classes, ensuring that each student feels valued and cared for.
