Our Story
Viroga is an ancient Sanskrit word that means wellness. Our journey began in 2005, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing a space for people to come together, practice yoga, and cultivate a sense of community. Our studio is led by our Principal Yoga Instructor, Renee J, who has been teaching yoga full-time since 2005 and has hosted retreats both domestically and overseas.
