Meet Our Teachers

Our teachers are experienced and passionate individuals who are dedicated to sharing their love for yoga with the community. Each teacher brings a unique perspective and approach, ensuring a rich and diverse learning experience.

  • Jess, our founder, discovered the transformative power of yoga a decade ago and left the corporate world to become a full-time yoga teacher and personal trainer. Her classes are engaging, inclusive, and accessible for all levels.
  • Nirvana, a registered nurse and personal trainer, found her passion for yoga as a means of balancing her busy lifestyle. She specializes in Flow and Yin styles, incorporating wellness and self-care concepts into her teachings.
  • Rachel, a former trampolinist, turned to yoga for flexibility and found a whole new way of life. Rachel's classes are playful, challenging, and varied, incorporating Vinyasa, Power, Yin, and Roll & Release practices.
  • Ang, a mother of three and a power vinyasa, purna yoga, and pre/post-natal trained teacher, focuses on alignment, awareness, and strength. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone.
  • Olivia, a mental health professional, found solace in yoga and uses her practice to support her personal growth and her work in the mental health sector. Her classes balance challenge and relaxation for the mind and body.
