Mindfulness Melbourne was founded by Counselling Psychologist Jenny Clifton, with the goal of providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to cultivate mindfulness and improve their overall well-being. Our unique Mindfulness for Life program offers practical steps to build a more enjoyable life while better dealing with the demands of daily life. With over 22 years of experience as a clinical practitioner, Jenny has worked with individuals across the age spectrum, addressing a broad range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including mindfulness groups, counselling, coaching, and private meditation sessions. Our mindfulness groups provide a skills-based approach to introduce participants to a range of accessible mindfulness practices. Our counselling services are designed to help individuals reconnect with their strengths and resources, and cope more effectively with personal problems, relationship difficulties, and work-related concerns. Our coaching services are tailored to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Mindfulness for Life Program

Our 6-week Mindfulness for Life program is designed to introduce participants to mindfulness techniques to help manage stress, work with difficult thoughts and feelings, and enhance concentration, relationships, and wellbeing. This experiential group program consists of 6 consecutive one-and-a-half-hour weekly sessions, where participants will learn mindfulness techniques and have access to course notes and mp3 files/downloads with meditation practices.

Counselling Services

Our counselling services are designed to provide a supportive environment for individuals to explore their concerns and work towards achieving their goals. With a strong evidence base underpinning the therapies and approaches used, our counselling services are tailored to help individuals cope more effectively with personal problems, relationship difficulties, and work-related concerns. Our areas of expertise include managing stress, anxiety, and depression, grief and loss counselling, and coaching on academic issues.
