Our Story

Calm Heart Yoga was founded by Sally MacGowan, a registered Senior Level 3 yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. Sally's passion for yoga and meditation is evident in every aspect of our studio. With over 1300 hours of teacher training, Sally brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. Her dedication to sharing her expertise has created a supportive and body-positive space where everyone feels welcome.
