Hello, I'm Jayson, the driving force behind Running Coaching & Personal Training. My passion for health and fitness has been the cornerstone of my career since 1994, when I first started as a personal trainer, or as I prefer to call it, a Health Consultant. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients achieve their health and fitness goals, ranging from weight loss and muscle gain to strength improvement and enhanced sports performance. Ultimately, my mission is to improve my clients' health, boost their quality of life, and help them regain control of their lives.

Training Options

At Running Coaching & Personal Training, we understand that every client is unique, which is why our training programs are tailored to suit your individual needs. Our comprehensive personal training programs cover various aspects, including nutritional advice, cardiovascular training, resistance training (weights training), boxing, outdoor training, and stress management. Our programs are designed to address the following areas:

  • Nutrition: As the foundation of all health and fitness, nutrition plays a vital role in our customized programs.
  • Supplementation: To address any gaps in a client's nutritional program, we incorporate supplementation where necessary.
  • Resistance Training: This helps increase lean muscle mass and metabolism, ultimately leading to improved overall fitness.
  • Cardiovascular Exercise: Targeting optimal fat burning, our cardiovascular exercises are specifically designed for each client.
  • Core & Flexibility: To prevent injury, promote recovery, and enhance overall flexibility, we include these essential components in our programs.
  • Coaching: Knowledge, support, and accountability are crucial elements of our coaching approach.

As you progress through your personalized program, we regularly conduct assessments and adjust your program accordingly, taking into account the factors identified during the assessments, your challenges, and what has been working well for you.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training (train with 2-3 other people): Designed to make personal training more accessible, Semi-Private Training allows you to share the session with 2-3 other people, making it a budget-friendly alternative. You'll still receive a program tailored to your individual goals, whilst sharing the session time with others. Pricing varies based on the number of sessions per week, ranging from $45-$35 per session. Sessions include:

  • A structured program encompassing core stability, mobility, and resistance exercises.
  • A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program designed to maximize your workout.
  • Dietary advice and guidance to support your fitness journey.
