Our Services

We offer a wide range of podiatry services to cater to various foot care needs. Our routine care services include nail trim and nail problems, corns, calluses, and plantar warts. We also provide minor nail surgery for people with constant ingrown toenail problems. Our diagnostic services include diagnosing foot problems such as heel pain, arch pain, Achilles pain, shin pain, and ball of foot pain. Our gait analysis services involve using a treadmill to analyse how your foot moves and how it can potentially be contributing to your pain.

Orthotics and Therapies

Our orthotics services involve creating devices that are placed into the shoes to prevent excessive foot movements, which may be causing your problem. We also offer various therapies, including musculoskeletal pathologies, soft tissue, joint and fracture management, along with sporting and overuse injuries. Our foreign body removal and ingrown toenail surgery services are also available. Additionally, we provide skin and nail care services, taking the time to ensure your feet receive the best long-term results.

Our Team

Our team of podiatrists is led by Darren Tymms, who started the business in 1997. Darren is supported by a team of experienced podiatrists, including Kath Smith, Edward Young, and Tomas Robinson. Each of our podiatrists brings their unique skills and expertise to provide comprehensive foot care services to our clients.

Reviews
Negative: Poor customer service and uncomfortable orthotics

Poor Customer Service and Uncomfortable Orthotics

Janie Zacharin, a customer of the clinic, had a disappointing experience with their orthotics and customer service. After spending $240 on cons and orthotics, she found the orthotics to be very uncomfortable. Despite being told that she could ring anytime for assistance, the clinic refused to help her when she called, citing they were too busy.

Lack of Aftercare Service

Janie was disappointed with the clinic's aftercare service, which did not match the promises made to her. When she returned the orthotics and requested a refund, she felt that the clinic did not care about her experience. Her advice to others is to avoid this clinic and find another one that offers better customer service and aftercare.
