Reviews
Positive: Most patients reported positive experiences with successful removal of warts and praised the professionalism and friendliness of Greg and his team.
Negative: A couple of negative reviews included a lack of clear communication about treatment strategy and a refusal of treatment due to not wearing a mask despite having a medical exemption.

Treatment Effectiveness and Patient Satisfaction

The majority of the patients reported positive experiences with the treatments provided by Greg and his team at Brighton Podiatry. Several patients had successful removal of warts on their hands and feet after multiple treatments. Patient Nick Christou mentioned that he had a wart on his big toe for five years, which was spreading, and he spent thousands at a dermatologist with no success. After finding Brighton Podiatry, the wart was successfully removed, and he was able to play football with his kids again.

Patient Shelley G. mentioned that her son had a stubborn wart on his foot, and after several visits and treatments, the wart was gone. Michelle McCallum had warts on her fingers and heels, and after a couple of months, all the warts on her fingers had cleared, and a few months later, her heels had cleared up too.

Zenia Anastasia had a wart on her pinky finger and upper left arm, which was successfully removed after a few treatments. Kidko Performing Arts School mentioned that the treatment took a little while but was worth it, as the warts on their hands were completely cleared. Matea Designs had a verruca on the heel of their foot that was cleared after around five months of persistent weekly treatments.

Patient Feedback on Service

Most patients praised the professionalism and friendliness of Greg and his team, including receptionist Linda. They were very welcoming and made the patients feel comfortable during their treatments. Some patients also appreciated the rebate from their health insurance extras cover for the treatments.

Negative Feedback

However, there were a couple of negative reviews. Jackie Middleton mentioned that her son's wart after six visits and nearly $1000 remained unchanged, and there was no clear communication about a strategy apart from continuing to come for weekly visits. Madeline Gall had a negative experience when she was refused treatment because she didn't wear a mask, despite having a medical exemption.
