Reviews
Positive: The clinic is known for its friendly and professional staff, with many patients praising the doctors and reception team.
Negative: Patients have expressed disappointment and frustration with the clinic's customer service and medical management, citing examples of incompetence, rudeness, and overcharging.

Negative Comments

Failures in customer service and medical management seem to be a common issue among patients. The first reviewer, Dearne Porter, shares a concerning experience where her toddler son was diagnosed with COVID-19 and was told she would be out of pocket for a GP consultation despite finding a separate Medicare item number for telehealth. The clinic's management was deemed "extremely rude and incompetent". Cassie Andrews also expresses disappointment and frustration after being overcharged for a medical assessment, which took 45 minutes but cost $255. Another patient, Sam Clements, was left without pain management medication after the clinic cancelled his license without consulting him.

Positive Comments

On the other hand, many patients have praised the clinic for its efficient and friendly service. Elliot Waldron, Shane Stevens, Leeanne Hull, Caitlin, and Lizzie G. all mentioned positive experiences with the doctors and staff, citing factors such as approachability, helpfulness, and professionalism.
