About Kim White
Kim White, the founder of Bodyconnections Yoga, discovered yoga in the 1980s as a way to work with old sports injuries. After experiencing the profound benefits of yoga, Kim became passionate about sharing this practice with others. He began teaching yoga in the 1990s, working closely with renowned teacher Kale Leaf to develop a unique therapeutic and restorative approach to yoga.
As a two-time cancer survivor, Kim brings a deep understanding of the healing power of yoga to his teaching. He has worked with many teachers in Australia and abroad, incorporating elements of their teachings into his own approach to create a powerful and effective method for improving health and wellbeing.
