Getting Started at CrossFit Bounce

We offer a range of pathways for all fitness levels, starting with a risk-free 7-day trial for those who are new to CrossFit. Our coaching staff, facilities, and members are all part of the experience, and we're confident that you'll love it.

After completing your 7-day trial, you can opt for our Fundamentals program, which includes two 1-hour sessions with our experienced coaches. This program is designed to further teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and prepare you for regular group sessions.

Once you have completed the Fundamentals sessions, you can join our CrossFit classes, where the magic happens! Our classes are tailored to your ability and fitness goals, and our professionally trained coaches actively coach each class.

What You Get at CrossFit Bounce

At CrossFit Bounce, we offer tailored fitness programs, specialised coaching, and a supportive community. Our classes are capped to ensure that you get the attention and equipment you deserve. We also have a dedicated kids area and members lounge for your convenience.

Our program uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to do, combining elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing, and more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way. We also offer an Olympic Weightlifting Club for those who love to lift.

Our smartphone app allows you to log your workouts, track improvements, monitor your progress, and engage with other members. Our coaches are always available to provide feedback and support.
