Studio Experience
The studio has a local, community feel among the students, which is nice. However, the booking process can be challenging, with the address not being provided until payment is made, and the automated email sometimes going to the junk folder.
Teaching Style
Some teachers are more attentive and provide individualised attention, while others seem to focus more on chatting with regular students and do not ask about injuries or level of experience.
Studio Maintenance
The mats are permanently laid out in the studio, which is good for spacing, but the floors are not regularly swept, leaving dust and hair on the floor.
Positive Aspects
Many reviewers praised the studio's peaceful atmosphere, friendly and patient instructors, and the variety of classes offered. The online classes are also appreciated for their convenience.
Negative Experiences
One reviewer had a poor experience with booking, where the studio door was locked, and the phone went to voicemail, with no response after knocking for six minutes. Another reviewer mentioned that the studio's profile on the MINDBODY App was inaccurate, stating that they had parking when they did not.
