Transform Your Body, Transform Your Life

At Yoga Theory, our mission is to help our clients achieve the best results in their yoga practice. We strive to deliver the highest standards of yoga teacher training and offer exceptional yoga retreats. Our focus is on alignment, breath, and functional training, and we make sure our classes are adaptable to all levels. We believe in providing personalized attention to our students, and our classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and physically focused on mindfulness, strength, and flexibility.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including group yoga classes, yoga teacher training, and international yoga retreats. Our group yoga classes are designed to be intimate, with a maximum of 20 students per class, ensuring that each student receives the personalized attention they deserve. Our yoga teacher training program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to become certified yoga instructors. Our international yoga retreats offer a unique opportunity to practice yoga in exotic locations around the world.

Class Options

We offer a variety of classes to suit different levels and interests. Our classes include Yin Yoga, Balance and Stretch, Vinyasa Flow, and Vinyasa Flow with Inversions. Our Yin Yoga class is a slower-paced class that targets the deeper levels of the body, while our Balance and Stretch class focuses on improving flexibility and balance. Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic and physically demanding, and our Vinyasa Flow with Inversions class is suitable for more advanced students who want to challenge themselves with arm-balances and advanced training drills.

Our Teachers

Our team of experienced yoga instructors are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals. Our founder and CEO, Ben Greenwood, is a certified yoga teacher trainer registered with Yoga Alliance and the host for our international retreats. Our team also includes Margaretha Mutsears, a 500hr certified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, and Almendra Rodriguez, a certified yoga instructor and PhD student at Adelaide University.
