Holiday Great Ocean Road was founded by Joy Evans, a renowned industry leader and innovator, who established the company in 2002. With over 30 years of experience in setting up and operating her own award-winning holiday accommodation property, Johanna Seaside Cottages, Joy identified a gap in the market for a different management style for privately owned holiday houses. Under her vision, HGOR has grown progressively over the years, now managing over 60 properties along the Great Ocean Road.
