Bootcamp Classes: Challenging, Dynamic, and Suitable for All

Each session lasts for one hour and includes a mix of strength and cardio exercises, incorporating functional equipment such as ropes, tyres, sand bags, kettlebells, boxing, and more. With two classes held per week for a duration of 10 weeks, participants will enjoy 20 sessions of dynamic and engaging exercise, taking place at the beautiful Terrigal Haven, Terrigal Beach, or the Terrigal Scout Hall during inclement weather.

As a participant in our Bootcamp classes, you will not only benefit from the expertise of our dedicated trainers but also from the camaraderie and mutual support of your fellow participants.
