Whether you prefer the great outdoors or the comfort of your home, our personalised training sessions are designed to fit your lifestyle and needs.
Our founder, Wayne Nicholls, is a highly qualified fitness instructor with a wealth of experience in the industry. With a background in stockbroking and portfolio management, Wayne decided to follow his passion for health and fitness and founded Start Me Up Personal Training in 2014. Since then, he has dedicated himself to continually improving his knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service to his clients. Wayne is trained in first aid and CPR, is Working with Children approved, and is a member of Fitness Australia (Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness) and the Australian Fitness Network.
