Food and Quality
The reviewer Joshua Macaulay raves about the cafe's food, stating it's always fresh and punches above its weight. Gillian Au Lui agrees, giving the cafe 5 stars and mentioning the best wedges she's had in a while. Karl Chong and Bo Jiang also sing the praises of specific dishes, such as the fried chicken tortilla and the salmon salad. On the other hand, Oriwa Williams was disappointed with her take-away egg white omelette, finding it to be a dense folded fried egg with cheese in the middle. Mary Molloy, however, has consistently enjoyed her meals at the cafe, finding the food to be excellent and reasonably priced.
Atmosphere and Service
The cafe's atmosphere is described as quaint and classic, with tall ceilings and plenty of space. Tom Wright, however, finds it to have a very corporate feel, not well suited for casual coffee with friends. The staff are generally friendly, with some reviewers mentioning they are polite and helpful. However, Oriwa Williams was unhappy with the service, finding it to be lacking.
Accessibility
The cafe is described as wheelchair accessible by ramp by Joshua Macaulay.
Overall Experience
The majority of reviewers have had a positive experience at the cafe, with some citing its good food and quiet atmosphere as reasons to return. However, a few reviewers have had negative experiences, citing subpar food or a busy, corporate atmosphere.
