Our Company History
Coachwood was founded in 1995 by IT recruitment industry veteran Victoria Taylor. Our company was established in response to a need for more innovative and creative programmes to service the growing IT permanent employment and contractor market sector. Since our inception, we have developed programmes that attract the best candidates and redefine customer service. Our company has grown steadily since 1995, while other recruitment agencies have come and gone.
In 2002, we established Coachwood Executive Recruitment in response to demand for senior-level staff from our existing client base. We extend the same personal and professional service to our Executive arm, ensuring the same "look after" service to clients and associates.
In 2008, we established offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast with a goal of providing services to a wide range of clients across the nation. No matter which location, our comprehensive database system has every requirement covered.
