Gym Experience
The gym is well equipped with a variety of machines and offers classes as well. It is larger than average and seems to target males, reflected in the equipment choice, red and black decor, and blue lighting. Despite this, there is a sufficient variety for female visitors to get a good workout. The gym also has a shop with different protein-related products, shirts, and accessories. Air conditioning is well adjusted, music is not too loud, and it fits the premises. Casual entrance is available for $20, and there are lots of car parks in front of the gym.
Staff and Customer Service
The staff at the gym are generally friendly and provide great service. Merissa from the front counter helped a customer locate their lost phone by letting them use her personal iPhone. However, one staff member, Britney, was described as extremely rude and threatening. Her behavior was unprofessional and made customers feel unwelcome.
Membership and Pricing
The gym offers a free trial, but one customer was not allowed to start it on the spot. They were told to go home and sign up online, which was seen as rude and unprofessional behavior. On the other hand, the gym is considered to have the best membership price on the Gold Coast, making it a great value for the money.
Facilities and Equipment
The gym has multiple weight rooms, class rooms, and a fantastic boxing room filled with boxing bags and equipment. This is particularly noteworthy as such facilities can be hard to find elsewhere. The gym also has a creche, which is convenient for parents who want to work out while their children are taken care of.
