Our Services

We are a registered provider and proudly accept the $50 Active Kids voucher from Service NSW, making it easier for families to access our services. Our academy offers a range of classes and programs designed to cater to the unique needs of our students, including:

• Tae Kwon Do classes: Our Tae Kwon Do classes follow a comprehensive curriculum that combines traditional methods of self-defence with modern sport development. Each class incorporates warm-up exercises, stretching, basic movements, one-step sparring, competition-free sparring, patterns, self-defence techniques, board breaking, and weaponry for advanced students.
• Self-defence classes: We offer self-defence classes for those who wish to learn practical techniques for protecting themselves and their loved ones. Our self-defence classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, regardless of age, gender or physical ability.
• Private tuition: For those who prefer a more personalised learning experience, we offer private tuition with our experienced instructors. Private tuition allows students to focus on specific areas of interest or to catch up on missed classes.
• School programs: We work closely with local schools to provide Tae Kwon Do classes as part of their physical education programs. Our school programs aim to promote health, fitness, discipline and respect among students.
