Our non-contact classes are perfect for those who want to improve their overall fitness and technique, while our partner work classes involving defence work take it to the next level. For those who prefer one-on-one attention, we offer personal or small group training, and we also cater to sports teams looking to improve their strength and conditioning. If you're serious about competing, we've got you covered with our training to compete programs.

Our Training Philosophy

In our sessions, you'll spend time throwing punches into a boxing bag, working with equipment such as kick pads, medicine balls, skipping ropes, kettlebells, power bags, and battle ropes. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you're using the correct technique and getting the most out of your training. We focus on using major muscle groups and high-intensity training methods like interval and sprint training to push you to your limits. Don't worry if you're new to boxing - our sessions can be toned down to suit beginners, and our friendly and supportive environment will make you feel comfortable and motivated.

Located at Unit 1, 2 Revelation Close Tighes Hill NSW 2297, our state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide a comfortable and functional training space. We've deliberately avoided mirrors and flashy decor, instead focusing on creating an atmosphere that's all about hard work, sweat, and camaraderie. Our qualified trainers and friendly staff are always on hand to provide guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
