We offer Authentic boxing training in the forms of non-contact classes, partner work classes involving defence work, Personal or Small Group Training, Sports Team Sessions and Training to compete. The Owners & Trainers have experience in competitive boxing and have been involved in boxing for over 20 years. Action boxing & fitness is proud of the fact that we have attracted a very down to earth (maybe because there's no mirrors in here:) and friendly bunch of clients that train hard but well together in a supportive environment. Our sessions involve throwing punches into a boxing bag, using equipment such as kick pads, medicine balls, skipping ropes, kettlebells, power bags, battle ropes, and more. We focus on using major muscle groups and high intensity training methods like interval & sprint training with minimal rests to get the most out of your training.
