Meet Our Instructor
Cathryn Langford is an energetic, inspiring, and engaging Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience. She has a Diploma in Classical Ballet from the Australian Ballet School and a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Cathryn has completed the 700-hour intensive training at the Romana's Pilates training centre in Sydney and has been certified as a Level 4 Teacher Trainer. She has extensive experience teaching Pilates to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
