Our team, led by Principal Psychologist Jacqui McCabe-Austin, offers individual therapy sessions designed to address a range of day-to-day problems, promoting greater self-awareness, values-based action, and effective coping strategies.

Our Services

We work with individuals experiencing worry, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, panic attacks, sadness, depression, relationship difficulties, interpersonal difficulties, behaviour concerns, anger management, low self-esteem, and general self-doubt.

Our Approach

Our therapy is based on a combination of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, activation therapy, and mindfulness therapeutic techniques. We also incorporate Interpersonal Neurobiology, drawing from the works of Dr. Dan Siegel, to understand how we can integrate all elements of our experience of living into a life rich with meaning, vitality, and creativity.
