Yoga for Everybody offers a range of yoga classes in Bulli, NSW, for all ages, body shapes and sizes, and levels of health, fitness, and yoga experience. Our experienced teachers, Sue Brittain, Orietta Worthington, and Jen Wood, provide a systematic approach to yoga, incorporating physical postures, breathing practices, meditation, and deep relaxation to promote wellness and self-awareness. With classes for beginners to advanced, as well as specialized classes for seniors, arthritis, anxiety, and depression, our goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone.
