As a clinical psychologist, I work with individuals to cope with strong emotions such as sadness, depression, anger, and anxiety. Together, we identify the underlying issues and develop skills and strategies to manage and prevent these issues from returning in the future. My approach is based on empirically-supported therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also work with physical health issues, adolescent and adult psychosis, complex trauma, and trichotillomania/skin picking. My goal is to provide a non-judgemental and patient approach to help individuals achieve their mental health goals.
