Assistance with Travel / Transport Arrangements

Community Nursing Care
Our nursing services are led by experienced registered nurses and delivered by a team of enrolled endorsed nurses, enrolled nurses, and assistant nurses. We prioritize your comfort and convenience, providing care in the familiar surroundings of your own home.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Depending on your goals and needs, this aspect of your NDIS plan may involve assistance with or supervision of daily living activities. Our support stars are trained to provide the necessary help, allowing you to maintain your independence and dignity.
Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities
Studies have shown that addressing the relatively lower levels of community participation and inclusion for people with disability can have significant benefits. At Green Community Care, we strive to facilitate your engagement in community, social, and civic activities, promoting a sense of belonging and purpose.
Overnight Care - Active and Non-Active
Our overnight care service provides you with a carer who is on hand if needed. While the carer is provided with a bed, they can generally expect a reasonable night's sleep, offering reassurance and relief from the anxiety of being alone at night.
Household Tasks
We assist travellers in participating in household tasks as able, providing support where necessary. Our aim is to help you maintain a sense of normalcy and independence in your daily life.
Day Program / Group Centre
