Our Story

Over the years, our team has been driven by a passion to support effective decision-making and improve the quality of life of our clients, participants, and their families. We believe that independence and choice are fundamental rights of all people, regardless of their situation or personal challenges. Our experienced staff are trained to provide personalized care, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes our clients feel comfortable and supported.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to support individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Our services include:

• Accommodation & Tenancy: Assessment, capacity building assistance, and liaison with service providers to help you achieve your housing goals.
• Community Participation: Innovative community participation support to help build skills to actively participate in the community.
• Daily Living & Life Skills: Training and development activities to increase your abilities to live independently.
• Group & Centre Based Activities: Assisting you to participate in group and centre-based activities to interact with others and have fun.
• Household Tasks, Travel & Transport: Assisting individuals with household, travel, and transportation to empower you to manage daily chores independently and safely access the community.
• Personal Care: Assisting NDIS participants with daily personal activities to help them acquire skills necessary to live independently.
• Support Coordination: Helping you to make the best use of your supports and understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your goals.
• Supported Living: Assisting you with daily tasks and shared living to enable you to improve your abilities and skills so that you can live independently in the future.
