Our team consists of two skilled and compassionate psychologists: Rachael Walden and Elaine Lopis. Both are experienced in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

Initial Session and Online Experience
I didn't see anyone in person, both my sessions were online. I had 1 initial session where I wasn't overly convinced but I still booked the second session. It was just a joke - I simply lost 20 minutes of the 50 having to explain myself why the "tool" aka just breathing wasn't going to work for me.
Lack of Alternative Approaches and Compassion
I wasn't given any other alternative and I felt even worse after the session. Not moving forward whatsoever in treating the reason why I booked in the first place. No compassion as advertised and 'evidence based therapeutic approaches" seem to be a big word for what I was offered.
