Our business delivers psychotherapy and clinical counselling services, with additional coaching support specifically designed for couples. We work closely with individuals who are experiencing feelings of stagnation or emotional overload, helping them develop a clearer path forward. Alongside our private clinical work, we hold an academic role as an Associate Lecturer at Western Sydney University, contributing to the Therapy Studies unit within the School of Social Sciences. This academic involvement strengthens our practice through ongoing engagement with professional education and scholarship.

Beyond direct client services, we are committed to supporting the therapeutic profession through the provision of supervision. We offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists seeking professional guidance, structured reflection, and informed support in their clinical roles. Our approach to supervision is thoughtful and collaborative, aimed at reinforcing professional responsibility and confidence. All services we provide are guided by a strong sense of accountability, professional integrity, and dedication to the wellbeing of both clients and practitioners.

Reed is an empathetic and intuitive counsellor, drawing on his deep experience of clinical psychotherapy and his personal practice of meditation and mindfulness. He has a strong capacity to help clients identify their issues, and collaborate on their own pathways to wellness in a way that suits them. I highly recommend Reed and would refer people to him without hesitation.
