The work of change does not happen in isolation. It occurs within bodies, between people, and via the spaces that hold us.

I offer psychotherapy, clinical counselling, and couples coaching. My work focuses on supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed or unable to progress, providing support that fosters clarity and emotional stability. In parallel with my private practice, I work as an Associate Lecturer in the Therapy Studies unit at Western Sydney University. This role supports my commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development.

In addition to working with therapy clients, I provide supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists. My services, whether clinical, educational, or supervisory, are delivered with care, professionalism, and a consistent focus on quality and responsibility.

Services
Individuals I offer two talk therapy services: psychotherapy and counselling, both designed to meet your personal needs. Each approach operates within different timeframes and suits varying life situations. Regardless of the path you choose, my commitment is to you. I strive to establish an open, authentic, and respectful relationship, honouring your distinct world and lived experience.
Couples Couples coaching offers a safe space to reconnect, repair, and grow together. In a neutral and private setting, I support you in addressing trust issues, intimacy concerns, or any life transition. Through therapy, couples can rediscover joy, rebuild trust, and deepen collaboration. This restorative process fosters a shared vision for a healthy relationship.
Clinical Supervision Clinical supervision with me provides a reflective space for practitioners to explore and enhance their professional identity. My approach, informed by neuroscience and compassion, encourages self-reflection and resilience. This model helps supervisees navigate challenges by offering a formal structure for exploring fresh perspectives and relational depth.

Reed is an empathetic and intuitive counsellor, drawing on his deep experience of clinical psychotherapy and his personal practice of meditation and mindfulness. He has a strong capacity to help clients identify their issues, and collaborate on their own pathways to wellness in a way that suits them. I highly recommend Reed and would refer people to him without hesitation.
