Leslee Hughes, a somatic psychotherapist and counsellor, has dedicated her life to helping others find their passion and purpose. With a mission to relate to the world at large inspiringly, Leslee encourages her clients to embrace a heartfelt, passionate life full of hope for a better future. She integrates mind, body, emotions, soul, and spirit in her work, constantly seeking the light and guiding others to do the same.

Leslee's journey of self-discovery began over 20 years ago when she realised there was a way to move forward, no matter what life had dished up in the past. She considers herself fortunate to have experienced the very best teachers in body-mind psychotherapy, including the founder of Core Energetics, John Pierrakos MD. Leslee has been married for forty-five years and is a mother of three beautiful daughters and a grandmother of five gorgeous grandchildren. Her driving force, balance, deep compassion, and understanding for her clients stems from her commitment to her family and her extensive years of training with exceptional teachers.

Leslee offers a wide range of services, including relationship and individual counselling, self-confidence emotional release, anger/frustration stress management, grief, covid-related issues and challenges, isolation, anxiety, depression, somatic psychotherapy, separation and divorce, childhood abuse and trauma, women's emotions and life changes, lockdowns, vaccination frustration, and more. Core Energetics is a body-centred psychotherapy that addresses the disconnection between mind, body, and emotions, leading to a more authentic, fulfilled life. Leslee has helped numerous clients release old patterns and traumas, improving their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Modalities

Leslee has studied a wide range of modalities that she uses to support her clients, including Exceptional Marriage/Relationship Mentoring, TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises), and Systemic/Family Constellation. These modalities enable Leslee to tailor her sessions to her clients' unique needs, leading to long-lasting, positive changes in their lives.
