Please note that I do not provide counselling services for clients with current or recent (within the past two years) alcohol and drug addiction, current or recent (within the past three years) psychosis or schizophrenia, or current or recent (within the past two years) dissociative identity disorder (DID). However, I can treat individuals with PTSD, provided they do not meet the criteria for DID.

- Hypnotherapy: a gentle and enjoyable therapy that uses suggestion to promote relaxation, improve sleep, and enhance self-esteem.
- Schema-Focused Therapy: an in-depth approach that explores the underlying core beliefs that shape one's thoughts and emotions.
- Somatic (Body) Psychotherapy: a powerful approach that connects with the body to increase self-awareness and promote deeper healing.
- Mindfulness: a mindful approach to processing emotions and thoughts, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
- EMDR: a proven and effective therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to process and change stuck negative feelings and beliefs.
- Art Therapy: a creative and expressive approach that helps clients convey their thoughts and emotions through art.
Education and Training
Throughout my career, I have pursued advanced training in specialized areas, including PTSD, Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Somatic (Body) Psychotherapy. As a full member of the College of Clinical Psychologists and the Australian Psychological Society, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
