I have a profound interest in understanding the human mind and promoting emotional wellbeing. My approach to therapy combines both modern scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom traditions like mindfulness and meditation. I believe in treating the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - and address the underlying causes of distress and imbalance.

Over the past 24 years, I have provided assessment, therapy, and counselling to individuals facing a wide range of psychological challenges. My clinical experience includes:
