He uses a variety of therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Session Details
Our sessions are available in 50-minute or 80-minute blocks, and we offer a Medicare rebate of $93.35. We also offer phone and online consultations for those who prefer the convenience of remote sessions. Whether you're looking for a one-off session or ongoing support, we're here to help.
