Our team, led by Dr. Vanessa Spiller, a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, is dedicated to helping you overcome your challenges and achieve your goals.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including therapeutic sessions for adults, young people, and families, as well as professional development and training for mental health professionals. Our therapeutic approach is feedback-informed, which means that we work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and regularly assess your progress to ensure that our work together is meaningful and effective.

Dr. Spiller's expertise extends to working with individuals and families impacted by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). She is passionate about providing resources and support to help individuals and families affected by FASD to thrive. Additionally, Dr. Spiller is a Stronger Team Approaches to Practice (STAP) approved supervisor and has provided professional supervision to mental health professionals across her career.

We also offer workshops and training programs for mental health professionals, focusing on FASD education and training, as well as clinical psychology supervision. Our goal is to empower mental health professionals with the knowledge and skills to provide effective support to their clients.
