Punctuality and Reliability Issues

Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the punctuality and reliability of Suburban Taxis. Lorraine Masters booked a cab for 6 am but it didn't arrive until 6:13 am, forcing her to drive her husband to the hospital. Anna Nickol waited nearly an hour for a taxi to arrive, eventually using the Uber app to get a ride. Brad Regnier waited nearly an hour for a taxi to show up, only to find out that no cars were available. This highlights the need for Suburban Taxis to improve their service and provide customers with accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs).

Customer Service

The quality of customer service has also been a problem for some reviewers. Real Tugless reported being "smashed" with a ridiculous charge when trying to pay with his card, and being yelled at by the driver when questioning the charge. Josh Cichowski reported having a poor experience when cancelling a booking, and being sworn at by a driver when explaining that he had already cancelled. Georgie S. was unhappy with the price of her trip and felt that the driver was unprofessional, texting while driving. This suggests that Suburban Taxis needs to improve their customer service and training for their drivers.

Positive Comments

Despite the many negative reviews, Ken Waldron had a positive experience with Suburban Taxis, praising the company for providing a reliable service and speaking with an operator instead of a machine. Dale Eustice reported having a nice conversation with both drivers he used, and was given helpful advice on parking at R.A.H. Shaz Don Peter found the company to be more reliable than others, but still felt that they need to improve on providing ETAs.

Unfortunately, many reviewers had negative experiences with Suburban Taxis. Lorraine Masters, Anna Nickol, Brad Regnier, Josh Cichowski, Georgie S., and Doug Boothey all reported problems with punctuality, customer service, or quality of service. Real Tugless's experience with a ridiculous charge and a swearing driver was particularly unacceptable. This highlights the need for Suburban Taxis to improve their overall service and reputation.
