At sriYoga, we're passionate about creating a boutique-style yoga studio experience that nurtures, cares, and is open and friendly for everyone. Our vision is to build a Brighton-based community health centre that promotes and actively shares in the improvement of every member's lifestyle, health, and contentment. With a rich history dating back to 2004, we've been dedicated to learning and sharing the profound teachings of yoga in the most authentic way.
Our Services

Our yoga therapy sessions are tailored one-on-one programmes designed to improve your current health, working alongside other health modalities. We also offer private lessons, meditation groups, and guided workshops and chanting sessions.
Our Teachers
Meet our experienced teachers, Louise Godfrey, Kate Oliver, and Denise Duprat, who have all been trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya.
