Our Team of Podiatrists
Ian North, our Principal Podiatrist, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Willetton Podiatry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Podiatry from Curtin University and a Master of Medical Science from the University of Western Australia. Ian is a Certified Sports/Biomechanics Podiatrist, and he has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, public health, and professional sports. He has served as the Senior Podiatrist for the Peel and Rockingham/Kwinana Health Service, focusing on diabetic foot disease and paediatric foot pathology. His expertise in sports medicine is built on a decade-long tenure as the team consultant podiatrist for the Fremantle Dockers (AFL) football club. Ian has also worked as a lecturer and tutor at Curtin University and the University of Western Australia, as well as presenting at numerous state, national, and international conferences.
Joseph Dong is a highly competent and caring podiatrist who has worked in both private practice and aged care settings. Since graduating from the Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine at the University of Western Australia in 2012, Joseph has built a reputation for his thorough, gentle, and patient-focused approach to care. He continuously invests in his professional development to ensure that his patients receive the highest quality, evidence-based care. Joseph is available to provide podiatry services on Saturdays.
