- Prince Duggal had a compassionate and skilled doctor, Dr Kawal, who made him feel cared for during his visit. He has been seeing Dr Kawal for over 6 years and has always received great care.
- Yp Gere has been visiting the centre since 1998 and has never had a problem with waiting time. He has praised Dr Kanwal as an experienced medical professional and the front desk staff as very helpful and supportive.
Negative Experiences
Unfortunately, several reviewers had a negative experience at the Burslem Medical Centre:
- Satnam Singh and Hardeep Brar both complained about long waiting times, with Satnam waiting for over an hour and Hardeep waiting for 1.5 hours.
- Ganesh Khanal had a highly disappointing experience with Dr Jaswinder Mudhar, who he felt was abusive and unprofessional. He was made to wait 1.5 hours and was eventually accused of missing a call from the doctor. He was also shocked when the doctor demanded payment for after-hour services.
- Seth R had a phone appointment cancelled without notice and was told that the doctor couldn't backdate the appointment.
- Poonam Khokhar was not listened to by Dr Mudhar and was given unsatisfactory advice. She felt that Dr Mudhar was not worth one star rating.
- Inderpal Singh was extremely disappointed with Dr Mudhar's advice and behavior, which he felt was rude and unprofessional. He was told to laugh and speak loudly like singers do, which he felt was not a genuine medical recommendation.
