Our Coaches

Our head coach, Alasdair, has a deep understanding of physiology, mobility, and training techniques, and he's passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through CrossFit. With his extensive knowledge and experience as a Level 2 CrossFit Certified Coach, Alasdair will work with you to create tailored workouts that meet your unique needs and goals. Tammy, our other coach, brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to her coaching, having completed CrossFit Level 1 and holding a qualified personal trainer certification. Together, our coaches will guide you every step of the way, providing expert guidance and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals.
