Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries using evidence-based techniques. We address neck/back pain, sports injuries, and chronic conditions through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Each session focuses on restoring function and preventing future injuries through tailored treatment plans.
Clinical Exercise Classes
Small-group clinical exercise sessions combine Pilates reformer work with rehabilitative strengthening. These classes target postural imbalances, improve core stability, and aid recovery from injury or surgery. Participants receive individualised attention while working in a supportive group environment under physiotherapist supervision.
Dry Needling
This technique involves inserting fine needles into muscle trigger points to relieve pain and improve function. Used as an adjunct to manual therapy, it effectively treats chronic muscle tension, sports injuries, and repetitive strain conditions by promoting tissue healing and reducing inflammation.
Spinal Traction
Spinal traction therapy decompresses the spine to alleviate disc bulges and nerve compression. Combined with manual therapy and exercise, this treatment reduces back/neck pain while improving spinal mobility through controlled, gentle stretching techniques.
Post-Operative Rehab
Specialised rehabilitation programs support recovery after joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, and rotator cuff repairs. Our physiotherapists develop progressive exercise plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional independence following orthopaedic surgeries.
