Jason Cheetham, Director, has over two decades of experience in the finance industry, having worked as a freelance broker, mobile lender, and state banking manager before establishing Catalyst Finance. Martin Lau, a mortgage broker, has extensive experience in all facets of finance, having worked with first-time home buyers, property investors, and businesses alike. Jane Hryb, a mortgage broker and conveyancer, has extensive experience in the settlement industry and has worked with clients to secure their dream homes.

From our accounts manager, Cass Rigby, to our office manager, Vyanne Lau, every member of our team is dedicated to making a difference for our clients.

Vyanne Lau, office manager, is responsible for keeping everything ticking over, from our quarterly newsletter to our compliance documents. Cass Rigby, accounts manager, is a qualified bookkeeper who ensures our finances are always in order. Martin Lau, mortgage broker, enjoys listening to various podcasts while driving and is a proud father of two young boys. And Janet Hryb, mortgage broker and conveyancer, is a past councillor and vice president with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
