Our Story
In Greek Mythology, there is a story that tells of an ambitious king named Midas. King Midas is most famous for a wish he made, that everything he touched would turn to gold. It was a wish that soon became a curse. Eventually, he learned that striving for too much wealth caused a great deal of pain in his life and had his wish revoked. We draw a parallel from this example, believing that having too much debt robs a person of both time and quality of life as they work extra hours to pay off their commitments.

Our Expertise
Our love for finance started in 1996. Our owner, Charlton Kerr, has been a licensed Finance Broker since 1996. He has had a long personal relationship with the finance and real estate industries, having purchased his first house at the age of 18, and first investment property six years later. Throughout his career, he has helped over 1000 people achieve their goals of owning homes or investment properties.
