Services
Spinal Care
Comprehensive spinal assessment and treatment for disc pathology, facet joint arthritis, and nerve-related pain. Using manual therapy and targeted exercises, we address structural imbalances while educating patients on posture and movement mechanics to prevent recurrence.
Knee Rehabilitation
Post-surgical and injury rehabilitation for knee conditions including osteoarthritis, ligament tears, and post-replacement recovery. Our progressive exercise programs restore mobility and strength while incorporating taping techniques for joint support during functional activities.
Pilates Classes
Modified Pilates sessions focusing on core stability, muscle strength, and postural control. Tailored for over-40s, these classes use resistance bands and weights to combat age-related muscle loss while improving bone density through controlled weight-bearing exercises.
Posture Correction
Specialised assessment of postural habits affecting spinal health. We provide ergonomic advice and corrective exercises to address muscle imbalances, reduce joint stress, and prevent degenerative changes through improved biomechanics and movement patterns.
Shoulder Therapy
Treatment for rotator cuff injuries, tendonopathies, and post-surgical shoulder rehabilitation. Combining manual therapy with progressive strengthening exercises, we restore range of motion and functional use of the shoulder complex for daily activities and sports performance.
