  • Boxing for Fitness: Our Boxing for Fitness workouts are perfect for those looking to burn fat and build confidence. These sessions combine boxing combos, bodyweight exercises, abs, circuit training with barbells, kettlebells, and cardio work on bikes, skis, and rowers.
  • Functional Training: Our Functional Training sessions are designed to help you get stronger and feel a boost in all areas of your life. These sessions involve lifting weights, pulling sleds, swinging kettlebells, and more, resulting in full-body strength and conditioning.
  • Developing Athletes: Our Developing Athletes program is designed for teenage athletes. The emphasis is on teaching proper form, moving effectively, improving balance and speed. The sessions are fun and include challenges where athletes can compete with/against one another.

Our Gyms

We have two gyms, each with its own unique focus. Our Boxing for Fitness gym is the home of fun and challenging boxing-inspired workouts, while our Strength gym is where people come to build strength, speed and athleticism. Our classes are always changing, targeting different muscle groups, so you can gain strength and agility without getting tired of it.
