Connecting the best people.
At Bayside Partners, we are dedicated to providing professional counselling, psychotherapy, education, and clinical supervision services to individuals, couples, and families across Brighton, Caulfield, Elsternwick, Elwood, Malvern, and St Kilda. Our team of experienced and accredited practitioners, Gabby Skelsey and Maralyn Karpathiou, have been operating since 1999, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for our clients to explore their feelings, concerns, and challenges.
Our Philosophy
We believe that therapy is an investment in your personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and future. Our counsellors work with clients to explore aspects of their life and feelings, and learn new ways of overcoming personal difficulties. We understand that much of what makes us unhappy is unconscious and not easily accessed by easy explanations. That's why we take a collaborative approach, working closely with our clients to identify and address their unique challenges, and develop strategies for managing vulnerabilities, emotions, and behaviours.
Our Services
We offer a range of services, including face-to-face and telehealth (Zoom, Skype) counselling, to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, grief and loss, relationship problems, stress, trauma, and more. Our services also extend to emergency services, including veterans, the military, paramedics, police, and emergency services. Additionally, we provide clinical supervision sessions for mental health professionals.
Our Commitment
At Bayside Partners, we are committed to providing a personal and professional service that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy, and we adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to ensure that our clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapy journey.
Our People
Our team consists of two experienced and accredited practitioners, Gabby Skelsey and Maralyn Karpathiou, who are dedicated to providing a high-quality service to our clients. Both Gabby and Maralyn have a practical knowledge of the wide range of experiences that offers an opportunity for personal and professional growth. They are non-judgmental and approach each individual as unique, with a deep understanding of the complexities of human emotions and experiences.

The court eventually ordered Grimshaw to produce the records, but only after he received payment. Lance claims that Grimshaw prioritized payment over his patients' needs.
