Welcome to Little Mandarin, an intimate and inclusive yoga and pilates studio with locations in Melbourne CBD, Burwood East, Camberwell Junction, and Blackburn. We are a community-oriented studio that offers Mat Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Wall Ropes Yoga, and Reformer Pilates classes for all levels. - Wall Ropes Yoga: Our Wall Ropes Yoga classes use ropes attached to the wall to support the body in poses, providing a deep and intense stretch. This class is not recommended for those without prior yoga or aerial experience.
- Reformer Pilates: Our Reformer Pilates classes use a reformer machine to provide a full-body workout that is low-impact and highly effective. Our classes are suitable for all levels, and we offer a Reformer 101 class for beginners.
- Workshops and Courses: We offer various workshops and courses throughout the year, including Yoga Teacher Training, Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, and various workshops on topics such as meditation, anatomy, and nutrition.
