Disappointing Experiences
Some customers had a terrible time at Airport Toyota. Volkan Kala's experience was disappointing when the staff refused to let him test drive a car because they were closing early. Danielle Kotevski had a terrible experience with a salesman who took her and her partner on a wild goose chase, only to inform them that the car was sold. Ginny Bebb was overcharged for a service, and the staff mistreated her. These customers' negative experiences with the dealership were due to poor service and being put second to profit.
Positive Experiences
