Exceptional Service and Care
The Deerpark Medical Practice has received widespread praise for its exceptional service and care. Ambrose McLoughlin, a satisfied patient, highlighted the practice's high-quality service, kindness, and professionalism. George Mitchell, another patient, commended the team's efficiency and friendliness during the COVID-19 pandemic, praising Drs. Pat and Matt for their great job.
Excellent Healthcare Experience
Eilish Mangan and Michelle Fearon also had positive experiences, praising the practice's 5-star setup, efficient vaccination process, and organized clinic. Michelle Fearon's booster shot appointment with Dr. Mait was "fantastic, " and she appreciated the clinic's willingness to accommodate non-patients.
Unfortunate Incidents and Improvement Needed
However, StacieMarie Shephard's experience was quite the opposite. She had a negative encounter with Dr. Matt, claiming he was unprofessional, unsympathetic, and lacked social skills. She also shared an alarming anecdote involving a family member being told not to book their child for appointments. Karen Marten's experience was mediocre at best, citing issues with the booking system and a snooty receptionist.
