Our Home Care Services are designed to support older Australians to live independently in their own homes. Our services include: Home Care Packages, Private Services, Thrive Wellness Programs, Short Term Restorative Care, Day Therapy Centre and Transport Services. Our goal is to provide personalized care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Residential Aged Care
Our Residential Aged Care Homes provide a secure and supportive environment for older Australians who require ongoing care and support. Our homes are designed to provide a sense of community and companionship, with a range of activities and services to support our residents' physical, emotional and social well-being.
Independent Living
Our Independent Living Villages offer a range of accommodation options for older Australians who want to live independently, but may require some support and assistance. Catholic Homes has a long and proud history of providing aged care services in Western Australia. We were established in 1969 by the Catholic Church, with the goal of providing care and support to older Australians who were in need.
